MACRAME WONDERWINGS

I made these macramé wings in memory of the deceased whom we lost because of the covid. These wings also serve as tribute to all those people who have been working like angels to help their nations during the coronavirus. Furthermore, I created this installation to my customers, because they are always with me; even in hard times like the quarantine days. They give me wings so I can soar in my work. They are my angels.
The installation was presented in Italy, for the very first time. I wish these wings bring good things into the world and they raise us from the tough times.

I used the coronavirus as my art mission.  So I created a special macrame facemask with the fusion of sewing and macrame technique. This symbolize for me the protection of my brand; every knots are my lucky knots and this facemask helps to keep my wonderworld alive until the design stores are closed.
